Job summary

Apple Inc. in Culver City, CA is seeking an experienced Film Production Executive to lead all aspects of physical production for Apple Original Films.

The role reports to the Film Production Lead and focuses on budgets, schedules, vendor relations, and best-practice development from pre-production through delivery. You will collaborate with Creative, Finance, Legal and Post-Production teams and external partners to optimize production plans, while maintaining quality and budget discipline.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Producer and/or Production Executive at a major studio or network.
• Team-player capable of handling a diverse slate of projects across development to delivery.
• Proactive problem solver with ability to prioritize and exercise good judgment.
• Proficiency in Movie Magic Budgeting/Scheduling, Word and Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise several films from development through prep/production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set up a global production plan and master schedule.
• Manage budget tracking, cost control, and on-time delivery across projects.
• Advise and vet show budgets with Line Producers, Show-runners and Executive Producers.
• Coordinate with external partners to hire key production staff and vendors.
• Ensure production policies, safety and compliance across projects.
