Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English or related field; 2+ years teaching or tutoring experience.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and productivity apps; tech-savvy.
• Ability to learn emerging technologies and manage flexible scheduling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Professional, patient, and able to work with diverse students and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead tutor coordination across campuses, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Train, supervise, and coach part‑time staff with performance feedback.
• Serve as content-area expert in writing for students and campus partners.
• Expand online and in-person tutoring services and coordinate scheduling.
• Maintain data collection, reporting, and collaboration with librarians and Advising.
