Qualifications

• Experience coordinating tutoring programs.
• Ability to mentor and train part-time staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tutoring services across campuses, including recruiting and onboarding part-time tutors.
• Act as content-area expert in writing for students, tutors, and campus partners.
• Expand online and in-person tutoring delivery and embed tutoring support.
• Maintain detailed data collection, analysis, and reporting on tutoring outcomes.
• Lead training for tutors and staff and model best practices.
• Travel between Wye Mills and Cambridge campuses as needed.
