Qualifications

• PhD in computational biology or related field with 7+ years post-degree experience.
• Deep expertise in tumor functional genomics and perturbation biology.
• Experience applying computational methods to oncology data.
• Experience developing reproducible, scalable analysis workflows.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery of tumor functional-genomics and perturbation analytics analyses and reusable products.
• Provide scientific leadership in tumor biology and computational oncology.
• Develop robust analyses for CRISPR screens and single-cell data.
• Integrate perturbation, tumor-omics, single-cell, and translational datasets.
• Collaborate with AI/ML, data science, software and data engineering teams.
• Establish standards for validation, data quality, and provenance.
• Create reusable workflows and analysis frameworks for Oncology.
• Communicate progress and findings to Director and cross-functional teams.
