Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree science or business-related field required.
• 5 to 7 years experience as a project manager leading complex pharmaceutical projects.
• Minimum of 5 years people management experience in a global, matrix team.
• Experience in intercultural collaboration.
• Proven leadership skills and strategic problem-solving ability.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and present information to management at all levels.
• Business Development and/or alliance/external partner management experience highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Integrated BD Core Team planning & process management.
• Collaborate with cross functional business partners to drive effective ways of working.
• Design and implement solutions to achieve successful execution.
• Drive the team to identify risks and mitigation strategies, outline issues and establish a path to resolution.
• Provide financial oversight for OBU BD tactical expenditures and budgeting.
• Plan, prepare, and follow up on Oncology governance interactions.
• Engage with stakeholders across levels and functions to ensure effective communication.
