Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of tumor functional-genomics and perturbation-analytics analyses and reusable computational products.
- Collaborate with biology, AI/ML, data science, software engineering, and data engineering teams.
- Develop reproducible, scalable analysis workflows for oncology target identification and biomarker discovery.
