Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking an automotive/truck technician in Glen Burnie, MD to perform repairs on a fleet of newer cargo vans and box trucks. You will diagnose engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and more, while mentoring peers and ensuring safety and uptime.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive or truck repair experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Basic computer skills required to input data and logs.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard and complex mechanical repairs, including warranty work, on newer cargo vans and box trucks.
• Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, exhaust systems, brakes, electrical, HVAC, and onboard computer systems.
• Mentor other technicians and assist with diagnostics and repair strategies.
