Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience with 26–28 ft box trucks or CMV >10,001 lbs.
• 2+ years supervisory/management experience.
• Valid truck driver license with state-specific endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cross dock operations and inventory levels.
• Supervise non-CDL driver staff and training.
• Drive company trucks for route deliveries.
• Load/unload freight and complete required paperwork.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone or email.
• Ensure compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations.
• Coordinate maintenance with shop manager.
