Qualifications

• 2+ years supervisory/management experience.
• Must obtain forklift certification within three (3) months of being on the job.
• Valid truck driver license with appropriate endorsements; no restrictions.
• Willing to submit to drug screens and background checks; DOT medical card required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Logistics cross dock operations, maintaining inventory levels and space functionality.
• Supervise non-CDL truck drivers and orient/train new driver staff.
• Drive company trucks to make route deliveries to customers.
• Load and unload freight from trucks.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone or email and complete required paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with FMCSA rules and regulations.
