Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC in Neenah, WI seeks a Foreperson to ensure daily crew productivity and compliance with safety protocols. You’ll work with management to determine staffing needs, deadlines, and field training while mentoring crew members and coordinating with a General Foreperson/Line Clearance Supervisor.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to read drawings and symbols, and a commitment to safe operations under OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to read drawings and symbols representing lines and equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities.
• Capable of independent action with minimal supervision.
• Valid CDL required to operate company vehicles.
• Must be able to drive a company vehicle safely.
• Physical ability to perform job duties including climbing and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after orders.
• Conducts field training and retraining of crew.
• Enforces safe work practices per OSHA and company policy.
• Communicates with property owners about access and scope.
• Obtains permissions to perform work and handles incidences.
• Maintains crew records, timesheets, and reports.
• Manages crew costs and equipment usage.
• Prepares reports on incidents and repairs.
• Ensures good customer relations and safety on site.
