Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and Georgia license to practice law.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local criminal laws.
• Experience investigating and preparing cases for hearings and trials.

Responsibilities

• Lead first-chair trials in high-level felony cases statewide.
• Represent clients in court at arraignments, hearings, and trials.
• Review discovery, interview clients, and prepare motions.
• Develop defense theory and strategies with case research.
• Maintain client-centered representation and professional conduct.
