Qualifications

• Three years of relevant legal experience, or experience at the Attorney 3 level.
• Strong commitment to indigent defense and good standing with the State Bar of Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Represent indigent clients in criminal matters before Superior Court, including serious felonies.
• Develop case strategy, conduct investigations, and prepare and present motions and pleadings.
• Perform courtroom advocacy and trial preparation with zeal and professionalism.
• Draft complex legal documents and provide effective legal research to support cases.
