Job summary

You will train the team, operate and maintain equipment, and communicate with the General Foreperson to meet project timelines and safety standards.

This physically demanding role requires leadership, good communication, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain a CDL within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Understand drawings and symbols for lines and line equipment.
• Know how to identify tree and shrub species.
• Able to walk, climb, and work from ladders at heights in varying conditions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Valid driver''s license; obtainable CDL within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Trims/removes trees using ladders or ground tools.
• Operates and maintains equipment; loads/unloads trucks.
• Plans daily work with General Foreperson; trains crew.
• Ensures safety practices and communicates with property owners.
• Keeps records and reports on crew performance.
