Job summary

Tree Masters in San Rafael, CA is seeking an Experienced Tree Climber to join our field team. You will climb trees to prune, trim, and remove branches while focusing on safety and the health and appearance of the trees and surrounding environment.

The ideal candidate has proven tree-climbing experience, knows how to use chainsaws, chippers, and rigging gear, and holds a valid driver's license. ISA certification or arborist credentials are a plus, and a strong commitment to teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• Proven tree climber experience.
• Knowledge of chainsaws, chippers and rigging gear.
• Ability to climb trees and work at heights.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• ISA Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Climb trees to prune, trim, and remove branches.
• Safely use ropes, harnesses, and climbing equipment.
• Operate and maintain chainsaws, chippers, and stump grinders.
• Communicate with team and clients to meet job requirements.
• Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
