The ideal candidate has 5+ years in tree care with leadership experience and knowledge of arboricultural techniques. A CDL and ISA certification are valued; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tree care experience, including climbing and leadership.
• Strong knowledge of arboricultural techniques and safety protocols.
• Proven ability to lead and train crews.
• ISA Certified Tree Worker or Arborist certification preferred.
• CDL license a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of climbers and ground workers.
• Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform complex aerial tree work, rigging, and removals.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with ANSI standards.
• Conduct job site inspections and communicate with managers and clients as needed.
• Train and mentor associate climbers and ground crew.
• Track daily production and equipment use.
