Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader Tree Care to supervise daily tree care operations, with hands-on leadership in pruning, cabling, bracing, lightning protection, and tree removals, while guiding crew members and maintaining equipment.

The role requires CDL Class B, supervisory experience, and bilingual Spanish; must ensure safety, coordinate with management and customers, and uphold company safety standards; strong work ethic and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in tree care services.
• CDL Class B license.
• Supervisory experience leading a crew of climbers and grounds staff.
• Bilingual Spanish is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the tree care service activities of the crew.
• Ensure crew safety materials, training, and safe operations.
• Ensure work areas under/around trees are clear and marked for public safety.
• Inspect and maintain climbing gear and equipment for safety.
• Review and manage crew schedules.
• Coordinate with branch management, customers, and employees.
• Safely operate tree and landscaping tools and heavy equipment as needed.
