Case Manager / Lead Treatment Coordinator

$50,000–$65,000 annually + Uncapped Commission | Full-Time
Cambridge Dental Group is looking for an experienced Case Manager / Lead Treatment Coordinator to join our thriving, patient-focused practice. What You’ll Do
- Present comprehensive treatment plans with confidence and compassion.
- Educate patients on recommended treatment and financial options (knowledge of Care Credit, Sunbit, and Cherry preferred).
- Build trust and increase treatment acceptance through exceptional communication.
- Coordinate care between our general practice and on‑site specialists.
- Work closely with doctors and the clinical team to ensure an outstanding patient experience.
- Help patients achieve their oral health goals while contributing to the success of the practice.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of dental office experience required.
- Proven success presenting treatment plans and increasing treatment acceptance.
- Strong understanding of dental procedures and insurance.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills.
- Positive attitude with a patient‑first mindset.
- Experience with Open Dental is a plus.

Education and Training
- 3+ years of dental business office experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Knowledge of dental terminology.
- Knowledge of dental office procedures.
- Knowledge of accounting and administrative principles and procedures.
- Knowledge of dental practice management software preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
