This hands-on lead role is ideal for someone with industrial or manufacturing experience who can help guide daily operations, support team members, monitor equipment, and maintain safe, efficient production.

The position leads day-to-day TRD operations, supervises operators, and ensures accurate production logs while upholding safety in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Lead or senior operator experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and safety awareness are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day TRD operations and guide the team.
• Operate and monitor industrial processing equipment.
• Assist with training and daily direction of operators.
• Complete production logs, weights, temperatures, and tracking documentation.
• Identify equipment or safety concerns and elevate as needed.
• Help maintain workflow, production goals, housekeeping, and safety standards.
