Sibanye-Stillwater in Fairless Hills, PA is seeking an experienced Unit Manager, Thermal TRD - Thermal Reduction to lead thermal processing and incineration operations at our precious metals recycling and refining facility. This hands-on leadership role focuses on safety, reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement while collaborating with Operations, Maintenance, Environmental, and Safety teams.

You will drive daily thermal reduction and incineration operations, coach production

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years in thermal processing, incineration, metals refining, or similar industrial environment.
• Previous leadership experience in manufacturing or production operations.
• Strong knowledge of industrial safety and environmental compliance.
• High-temperature processing equipment experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on plant environment.

Sibanye-Stillwater is looking for an experienced, hands-on Unit Manager, Thermal TRD - Thermal Reduction to lead thermal processing and incineration operations at our precious metals recycling and refining facility in Fairless Hills, PA.

This is an opportunity for a strong operations leader to make a direct impact on safety, reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement while working alongside Operations, Maintenance, Environmental, and Safety teams.
