Qualifications

• Experience in managing travel operations and reconciling transactions.
• Knowledge of IDOA travel policies and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Research and compile information on program procedures and policies.
• Answer customer questions about program policies and procedures.
• Establish and maintain current and historical files related to the program.
• Assist in preparation of program reports and budget allocations.
• Assist in purchasing consultative services and managing assets.
• Support supervisor in developing and planning the program.
• Schedule and disseminate all program-related training materials.
