The responsibility of the Lead Trauma Registrar is to ensure the Trauma Registry contains accurate, detailed, reliable, and readily accessible information needed to support the operations, quality initiatives, and research of the Beverly Hospital Trauma Department. The Lead Trauma Registrar is responsible for the integrity of data: collection, analysis, entry, completion, and validation of all patients meeting inclusion criteria into the hospital trauma registry on a daily basis. Responsibilities include direct supervision of the Trauma Registry staff, case identification, complete registry record abstraction and validation of data in the Trauma Registry. Data submission to both state registry and national TQIP Trauma Registries on a timely basis and maintaining abstraction on a concurrent basis. Assist TPM and PI with quality initiatives and prepare for ACS reverification with yearly preparation and tri-annual visits. Job Description:
Pay Range: $37.08 - $98.23
The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
