Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- Eight years of technical engineering experience.
- Valid Utah PE license required.
- Knowledge of traffic engineering and transportation management.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as project manager on assigned projects.
- Prepare construction plans, costs, and bid documents.
- Coordinate with consultants, agencies, and stakeholders.
- Ensure regulatory compliance at program and project levels.
- Review plans, designs, and studies for capital projects.
