Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania is required.
• Project management experience with PennDOT/PA Turnpike preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage transportation projects including highway, bridge, and traffic improvements.
• Coordinate with local, agency, state staff and internal teams.
• Review, sign/seal plans and reports.
• Understand transportation-related environmental and utility clearances.
• Support business development activities and proposals.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate across teams.
