Responsibilities

Lead the planning and distribution of discipline-specific work to meet schedule and budget.
Assist in marketing responsibilities, including proposal generation.
Develop scope of work and level of effort for projects within discipline.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of team deliverables within the discipline.
Mentor and review junior engineers; provide feedback.
Coordinate technical aspects with client counterparts and partners.
Collaborate with multiple disciplines on multi-discipline projects.
Perform other duties as assigned.
