Job summary
Consor is seeking a TPD Area Principal to lead program and project delivery for major transportation infrastructure. You will direct the project lifecycle from proposal to delivery, providing strategic leadership to win new work and strengthen existing client relationships across the TN region.
You will oversee scope, schedule, and budgets, develop technical solutions, mentor staff, and coordinate with BD to pursue opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field; master’s degree preferred.
- 15 years of experience in transportation engineering and project management.
- Registered Professional Engineer in TN or ability to obtain PE within 6 months.
- Proven track record leading and managing complex infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of transportation industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities with client-facing experience.
