Qualifications

5+ years of transportation planning experience.
Experience delivering planning projects for public-sector clients such as NCDOT, MPOs, municipalities, or transportation agencies.
Proficiency with GIS and related analytical tools.
Strong communication, technical writing, and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Transportation Planning, Urban Planning, Natural Resources, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Lead transportation planning and environmental projects that improve mobility and quality of life.
Work directly with NCDOT, MPOs, municipalities, and stakeholders to deliver innovative transportation solutions.
Leverage GIS, analytics, and emerging technologies to support planning and decision-making.
Guide project teams, mentor junior staff, and contribute to client relationships and project success.
Develop clear, compelling analyses, reports, and presentations that drive informed transportation investments.
