You will oversee operational execution, carrier performance, customer service, and employee development while ensuring transportation solutions meet or exceed customer expectations. • Minimum 2 years in transportation/logistics operations.
• Previous leadership or supervisor experience.
• Experience coordinating carrier performance and customer service.

• Lead and develop a team of Transportation Specialists.
• Plan and execute freight using cost-efficient solutions.
• Monitor KPIs and service levels.
• Assist with scheduling, trace, and issue resolution.
