J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc. in Logan, Utah seeks a Professional Engineer – Lead to guide transportation projects from concept through advertisement. You will work with cross-disciplinary teams, mentor junior staff, and support client relations with a focus on quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.), preferably Utah or able to obtain licensure within 90 days.
• 5–15 years of transportation engineering experience.
• Ability to lead small to mid-size projects from design to advertisement.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with multidisciplinary design teams from planning through permitting of transportation projects.
• Collaborate with engineers to deliver reports, studies, and drawings.
• Operate CAD tools (MicroStation/OpenRoads) to produce alignments and plans.
• Mentor junior staff and support staff on projects.
• Assist in business development and proposal preparation.
