Job summary

Neighborhood Healthcare is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to oversee PACE transportation services and ensure high-quality, timely access to medical care for participants and enrollees. The role works with contractors and staff to secure proper documentation and maintain safety standards.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, onsite. Requires CDL/driver qualifications, 2 years in passenger transport, and a current BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; transportation experience preferred
• 2 years of passenger transportation experience required; healthcare experience preferred
• Current Basic Life Support certification required; CPR/First Aid certification required for all PACE employees

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates transportation workflows, schedules, and activities for drivers, aides, and PACE
• Coordinates with internal and external transportation partners to ensure timely, safe transport
• Reviews invoices to confirm charges and identify potential savings
• Maintains accurate records and reports of transportation activities
• Schedules advance transportation services in collaboration with PACE staff and participants
• Ensures vehicles are maintained and compliant with DOT regulations and policies
• Communicates schedule or location changes to staff and providers
• Supports continuous improvement and policy updates in transportation operations
• Builds and retains a high-performing transportation team
• Aligns decisions with Neighborhood Healthcare's values and mission
