Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Strong experience in traffic and transportation engineering, roadways, and site/civil design.

Responsibilities

• Lead traffic and transportation engineering projects, studies, and analyses.
• Coordinate with CTDOT, municipalities, and public stakeholders.
• Prepare and review drawings, technical reports, and permit applications.
• Mentor junior staff and support business development and client relations.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource management.
