Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all CEI activities for major infrastructure projects.
• Administer construction contracts, including change orders, supplements, RFIs, and claims.
• Manage QA/QC programs with proper inspection and documentation procedures.
• Coordinate with governing agencies for project compliance.
• Support business development, proposal preparation, and client relationship management as needed.
• Track financial aspects and coordinate team efforts to meet schedule.
