Job summary

SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital is seeking a dedicated Transplant Pharmacist Specialist to lead the transplant pharmacy service. You will collaborate with transplant surgeons, nurse practitioners, and residents to optimize immunosuppression and drug therapy across acute and ambulatory settings.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Two years experience or completion of PGY1 residency in transplant or equivalent.
• Solid organ transplant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides pharmaceutical care in solid organ transplant; reviews patient history and optimizes drug therapy.
• Performs drug therapy monitoring and drug information provision to the healthcare team.
• Educates pharmacy staff, residents, and students; participates in protocol development and quality improvement.

Education

Pharmacy degree (Pharm.D; Bachelor of Pharmacy)
