ESP Associates, Inc. is seeking a Lead Engineer in Lakewood, CO to provide senior-level technical leadership on complex HV/EHV transmission design projects. The role combines hands-on design with team management to meet client requirements and project schedules.

The successful candidate will mentor engineers, coordinate with stakeholders across disciplines, and ensure compliant, high-quality deliverables. Hybrid work arrangement and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• PE certification required and 10+ years of transmission line experience.
• Extensive experience with PLS-CADD and HV/EHV design standards.
• Strong leadership, communication and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise engineers, technicians and drafters.
• Provide technical leadership on line routing, design and construction support.
• Ensure on-time delivery, quality and client satisfaction.
• Review submittals and develop client relationships.
• Estimate projects and contribute to proposals.
