Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of line work, switching, grounding and PPE procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crew members to complete construction, maintenance, and repair of overhead distribution systems.
• Lead and train lower skilled employees in safe work procedures and high voltage practices.
• Conduct pre-job briefings and coordinate work with customers and internal teams.
• Plan ahead to anticipate issues and project needs to accomplish goals.
• Inspect and coordinate the work of crew members; ensure equipment and tools are maintained.
