Job summary

Wilson Construction Co. in Corona, CA is seeking a Project Manager for Transmission Construction to lead diverse utility projects from our regional office. You will oversee safety, quality, schedule, and budget while coordinating technical and logistical needs across teams.

The role requires 3–5 years of project management in transmission line work, a engineering-related degree, and proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, or Primavera. Occasional travel to job sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive office/field management in transmission line projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera (P6) preferred.
• Willingness to relocate or reside near Corona, CA and travel to job sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead transmission construction projects ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget targets.
• Coordinate technical and logistical requirements from kickoff through closeout.
• Act as primary liaison with project owners, field teams, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and safety teams to optimize site operations.
