As a leader, you will mentor colleagues, present findings to senior management, and ensure compliance with corporate policies, influencing development across stages and assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with extensive related work experience (18 years typically).
• Master’s degree or PharmD with extensive related work experience (16 years typical).
• MD/PhD or MD/PhD with typically 10 years of related work experience.

• Develops and achieves Precision Medicine strategy aligned with functional goals and stakeholders.
• Advances expertise in Precision Medicine, Immunology, and Gastroenterology; mentors colleagues.
• Ensures quality and effectiveness of major project plans with sound design and risk assessments.
• Sources emerging scientific trends and integrates them into objectives across disciplines.
• Communicates findings to functional and senior leadership and partners.
