Keolis Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in California to lead the heavy-duty bus maintenance team. You will oversee technician workloads, ensure quality control, implement compliance with manufacturer and regulatory standards, and coordinate warranty/contract work on site.

The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory vehicle maintenance experience, strong planning and communication skills, and the ability to operate in a 24/7 environment. CDL is desirable but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of vehicle maintenance repair supervisory experience in heavy-duty truck or bus.

Responsabilités

• Access shift workload and assigns work to Technicians.
• Monitor Technician workflow, and update bus ready list.
• Work with vendors performing warranty and contract work on the property, ensuring documentation and QA work performed.
• Ensures compliance with vehicle manufacturers maintenance requirements, State and Federal regulations governing and Keolis Rules and Regulations.
• Perform QA inspections on completed work to verify compliance with all maintenance policies and procedures.
• Review all work orders to properly post parts and completeness including Technicians work time and notes.
• Adjust work assignments throughout the shift as needed.
• Perform Counseling of Technicians and discipline administration.
• Closeout shift, interface with the next shift Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
