Job summary

Reworld Projects, LLC is seeking a Transfer Station Operations Supervisor to lead the safe, compliant daily operation of a high-volume solid waste transfer station. You will supervise eight operations staff, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure reliable waste receipt, transfer, and transportation.

The role emphasizes safety culture, performance coaching, and building strong relationships with customers and regulators.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven supervisory experience in a fast-paced field or industrial operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe and efficient daily operation of a high-volume solid waste transfer station.
• Supervise a team of approximately eight operations employees.
• Coordinate with subcontracted waste haulers and transporters to support timely waste movement.
• Ensure compliance with environmental permits and applicable regulations.
• Monitor operations, safety, and housekeeping to maintain facility readiness.
