Stellantis NV seeks a Transfer Case DRE to lead design and development of transfer cases and components for drive systems. You will work with CAE, NVH, durability, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration, performance, and reliability across programs.

The role demands strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with NX/CATIA, and in-depth knowledge of driveline systems. You will mentor engineers and drive continuous improvement while delivering robust

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in mechanical or automotive engineering.
• Minimum 5 years automotive driveline experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and design optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and development of transfer cases and components.
• Collaborate with CAE, NVH, durability, and manufacturing teams.
• Develop validation plans and perform bench/vehicle testing.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Drive supplier design approvals and maintain DFMEA/DVP docs.
• Develop PFMEA and control plans with suppliers.
• Mentor other driveline engineers and present updates.
• Reduce total warranty costs through engineering improvements.
• Prepare technical reports and design reviews.
