NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR SAN DIEGO seeks a Supervisory Traffic Management Specialist in the Advanced Traceability and Control (ATAC) Division. The role leads traffic management activities, ensuring worldwide shipment of materials to support military operations, with emphasis on DoD regulations and AMC/Sea/Land transport coordination.

Qualifications

Specialized experience equivalent to GS-09 or wage band in DoD/agency with expert knowledge of traffic management and ATAC principles.
Experience with joint transportation policies and commercial carrier operations.
Knowledge of DoD supply and transportation regulations and related procedures.

Responsibilities

Provide supervisory guidance and oversee traffic management operations.
Develop and implement transportation strategies for worldwide material shipments.
Coordinate advisory services and logistic support to global activities.
Ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective shipments for deployed assets and shore activities.
Perform analyses of traffic systems using various methods and tools.
