Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) is required.
• Active California PE registration in Civil or Traffic required.
• Minimum 4–5 years traffic engineering experience or 9–10 years equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years supervising traffic engineering teams.
• Experience overseeing schedules, budgets, contracts, and scopes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage traffic engineering design teams.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, scopes of work, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, public agencies, and internal project teams.
• Prepare and review traffic engineering plans, studies, and technical reports.
• Manage traffic impact analyses and transportation planning projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to staff.
• Support project development and client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with transportation standards and regulations.
