Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record.
• Current IBEW membership w/Traffic Tech classification required.
• Ability to read and understand traffic control plans.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Comfort working in high-volume outdoor locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent and unrelenting focus on safety throughout all job functions.
• Oversee work zone set up, maintenance and tear down.
• Meet or exceed customer, state, federal and company expectations.
• Implement traffic control setups per MUTCD standard and applicable plans.
• Provide clear communication and direction to customers and public near work zones.
• Drive company trucks and deliver equipment.
