Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Traffic Control Supervisor certification (ATSSA or equivalent) required.
• 2+ years of traffic control or construction experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Valid driver's license with a clean MVR; CDL preferred.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and DOT physical.
• Strong understanding of MUTCD guidelines, state DOT standards, and local permit requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift 50+lbs.

Responsibilities

• Traffic Control Oversight & Supervision: Supervise the setup, operation, and removal of traffic control devices in accordance with TCPs.
• Planning & Communication: Interpret traffic control plans and coordinate with clients, inspectors, and dispatch teams.
• Safety & Compliance: Conduct tailgate safety meetings and enforce proper PPE usage; maintain safety records.
• Equipment & Crew Management: Oversee equipment transport, setup, and maintenance; train crew members.
