Earn $21.00–$28.00 an hour (based on experience) using the latest technology to keep work zones safer. We seek hard‑working, dependable, safety‑oriented team players with positive attitudes to grow our team and maintain client relationships across on‑site traffic control needs.
The Traffic Control Supervisor (“Crew Lead”) works with construction teams to ensure that vehicles and pedestrians do not interfere with, or pose a danger to, laborers and their projects. Candidates must be certified in basic traffic safety techniques and must have demonstrated proficiency as a Traffic Controller. The Crew Lead creates a safe work zone that ensures traffic does not pose a threat to workers by setting up cones, barriers, and signs that guide traffic. They maintain awareness of construction and traffic activity, and compliance with all safety regulations is mandatory.
The Crew Lead’s principal activities include coordinating with on‑site foremen, performing traffic control and flagging duties at assigned job sites, including setting up, maintaining, and removing temporary work zones, and driving or traveling from the employee’s home to the job site if using a company vehicle. Non‑compensable commuting time is excluded from principal activities.
