Qualifications

• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and DOT physical.
• Strong understanding of MUTCD guidelines and state DOT standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the setup, operation, and removal of traffic control devices in accordance with TCPs.
• Interpret plans and adjust layouts for field conditions; communicate with clients, inspectors, and on-site staff.
• Conduct tailgate safety meetings and ensure proper PPE usage; identify hazards in active work zones.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members on traffic control procedures and safety protocols.
