Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Lead Solutions Analyst in Compliance - Corporate Sector, Trade Surveillance Technology, to deliver analytical and technical solutions that support market surveillance and regulatory compliance capabilities.

You will define the analytics roadmap, lead requirements with stakeholders, and collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Risk to ensure regulatory alignment and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Extensive experience of data analysis, data mapping and working with large data sets.
• Strong domain knowledge of trade products and data flows, and familiarity with surveillance data.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the analytical and solutions delivery roadmap for Trade Surveillance technology initiatives.
• Lead elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and data flow requirements with stakeholders.
• Apply SQL and Python to extract insights from large datasets for surveillance tuning and trend analysis.
• Ensure regulatory alignment, audit readiness, and risk oversight in solution design.
• Mentor analysts and contribute to hiring and performance development.
