Qualifications

Formal training or certification in software engineering with 5+ years of applied experience.

Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools for coding, reviews, and testing.

Responsibilities

Program and solve with hands-on development, support, bug fixes, and user management.
Design and develop trading tools; streamline tech stack across pre-trade and pricing.
Analyze legacy systems; identify improvement opportunities and innovations.
Develop metrics/KPIs; report progress to senior leadership.
