Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a seasoned investigations leader to manage a team focused on security investigations including theft, fraud, and related incidents. The role reports to the Sr.

Director of Investigations and supports a hybrid work schedule across Charlotte, NC; Houston, TX; Washington, DC; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL. You will develop investigation strategies, gather evidence with HR/Legal/Compliance, interview staff, analyze records, draft findings, coordinate with law enforcement

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade compliance or related investigations.
• Experience as the lead investigator on ITAR/EAR cases with screening and sanctions.
• Proficient with trade compliance systems and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct investigations related to trade compliance violations.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Global Trade, Supply Chain and stakeholders.
• Analyze transaction data, shipments, screening results for violations.
• Prepare investigation reports with findings, root cause analysis and actions.
• Ensure investigations meet regulatory and policy requirements.
• Stay updated on regulations and enforcement trends in trade compliance.
• Provide guidance and training on investigation processes.
