Job summary

You will work with HR, Legal, Compliance and Global Trade to gather evidence, analyze data, and draft detailed disclosures and reports. The role requires independent handling of sensitive investigations with discretion and rigor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in trade compliance, export controls, or related investigative roles.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations including export controls and sanctions.
• Lead investigator experience handling ITAR/EAR issues and regulatory filings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct investigations related to trade compliance and related controls.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Global Trade, Supply Chain and stakeholders to gather evidence.
• Analyze transaction data, shipment records, and screening results to identify violations.
• Prepare investigation reports with findings, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Ensure investigations comply with legal, regulatory, and company policy requirements.
• Provide guidance on evolving trade regulations and best practices.
