Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to design, standardize, and implement physical security systems across its global warehouse and logistics footprint. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage testing and commissioning, and ensure compliance with current security policies.

You will collaborate with internal partners and external integrators to deliver scalable security deployments and achieve industry-standard certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years managing physical security technology projects from design to deployment.
• 3 years of technical program management leading cross-functional teams in logistics/warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Author security design templates and specs for warehouse tiers.
• Oversee security construction from inception to completion with site teams.
• Support vendor bidding, RFPs, and final site walks with contractors.
• Integrate warehouse security systems into SOC and COE for real-time tracking.
• Collaborate with Logistics Security to achieve TAPA FSR Level A Certification.
